Wa: Two lovers given 20 lashes each over leaked sex tape (VIDEO)

 Two lovers, a tricycle driver and a ticket seller at the Wa main Market in the Upper West Region have been given 20 canes each for leaking their sex tape on social media. This was after the Overlord of the Waala Traditional Area, Wa-Naa Fuseini Seidu Pelpuo IV ordered their caning. It is alleged that the lady in question uploaded the video on social media on Sunday, May 29, 2022. The two were therefore canned because their action was against the custom and tradition of the Waala Traditional Area. Initially, the two lovers were supposed to take 100 canes each but it was reduced to 20. The Waala Traditional Area constituted a by-law in late 2021, banning such practices after it was observed that leaking sex tapes had become normal amongst the youth in the area. The directive controlled the leakage of sex tapes for some time but after that, the couple leaked, and many were upset after seeing another leaked tape.  An unknown lady has spake a lot of reactions on social media after she posted a picture of herself leading praises and worship in a church with her outfit. After photos of her driving gestures of recognition and love in chapel released on the internet, an evidently lady got herself the objective of savages and censures. Gang linked to kidnapping, robberies and rape of women at Adenta arrested

 

Three suspects who have been linked to a series of robberies, rape and kidnapping at Adenta and its environs have been arrested by the police.

 Mastermind of the criminal gang Richmond Klustey has admitted to the police that he and other members of his team reportedly engaged in robbery, kidnapping and raping of women within their operational area.

He mentioned incidents that occurred at Adenta, Oyibi and Lakeside as some of their operations adding that they have been engaging in criminal activities in a forest close to the Christian University College for the past three months.

 He blew the cover of his accomplices Samuel Olessey Junior, a 27-year-old Nigerian and Gordon Amable Sackey, a 27-year-old Ghanaian who have all been arrested.

 

They claimed victims were lured through a particular dating site to their location where they, kidnap them, use cutlass to coerce them, seize their phones, robbed and rape them and sometimes take ransom before releasing them.

 

During a search conducted in their homes, 18 assorted mobile phones, 3 knives, a pair of pliers, a military camouflage uniform and condoms were retrieved from them and retained for evidential purpose.

All three suspects are currently in custody at the Adenta Divisional Headquarters and would be arraigned before court soon.

Inmates sing praise and worship to stage successful prison break

 

Four suspects who were arrested over various offences have escaped from cells in the Upper East RegioThe four inmates whose names were given as Fawas Musah, a juvenile remand prisoner, Francis Dabang a suspect in a defilement case and Kwojo Dinaya, another suspect in a stealing case.

According to the reports, the policemen on duty on the day heard the cell inmates singing praises and worship songs from the cells which lasted for some minutes before they all went silent.

After some time, the cell was too quiet forcing one of the police personnel on duty to check why the place has all of a sudden become quiet with no noise coming out of the cell.

It was at that point that she noticed that the four had escaped from the cells after they removed a block from the wall in the bathroom and used that as their escape route.

Personnel have subsequently been dispatched to aid in the search for the fugitives, while an armed guard who fell following the event is being treated at the Tongo District hospital

Though the act between the two was meant to be private, the video somehow managed to find its way onto social media.

According to some people, the video was taken from the boy’s phone by some close friends who first shared it on Snapchat.

Reports from the camp also revealed that the lady who is the senior prefect of her school on the day the video was taken had actually skipped school to visit her boyfriend.

A Nigerian guy caught stealing at Akoto-Lante in Accra has been given the best treatment ever he could wish for —perhaps, a moment to remember and repent.

When caught in the act of stealing, many thought he would receive a scolding from the mob —but they surprised everyone as they gave him the treat to be remembered.

The thief,  who says he’s called Aliu, was asked to clean the choked gutter in the area as punishment for stealing.

When he was done, they made him take his bath and gave him new clothes to wear as a reward for hard work.

They then took him to a restaurant where he was served Banku and soup to eat to his satisfaction —upon his personal request.

The thief had praised Ghana for this treatment and promised never to steal again.
